My current location is UK and I am interested in securing a job sponsorship for Canada (any location) before I apply for Canadian Visa. Can any of you from your experience please suggest the best place to start?

Browse the above websites and apply for jobs. Employer would have to post jobs on those websites (depend on provinces) if they want to hire temporary foreign worker. You need to find employer at first and if they are interested to hire you, they would apply for LMO.

Stay in the UK, Jobs are hard to find here, I am moving back to my home country because this place drains you for cash and its hard to get ahead also immigration sucks
