It's generally next to impossible to find companies who are willing to go this. Most job offers like this are scams.

If you want to relocate to Canada, you should focus on qualifying and applying to immigrate (become a PR). Once you are a permanent resident, finding a job will be much easier since you will be entitled to work in Canada.
