Hey, I'm in canada as visitor and applied for Canada Visitor visa Extension in canada itself thru mail.
Now Consulate processing time shows 72 days, But my visa gets expired before that. Some of the Guideline shows my present visa status will remain until visa application gets rejected .

My question is " if my Visa Extension become rejected, can i apply again by staying in canada (with expired visa)?

Hi, THanks for your reply
If i can't apply again with expired visa by staying in canada itself.
can i apply from outside canada?
My presnet visa was issued for a year, how long will they reissue again,? is there any limitation for the total visa years?

There's no limitation on the total number of years - it's entirely up to immigration officials. But if you've already stayed a year, they're going to be more and more skeptical that you want to "visit" for another 6 months .. or a year .. or longer.

Yes, you an apply outside Canada.

I suggest you leave before your current visa expires, or you'll become inadmissable.

Unfortunately You can not apply for extension of Your expired vistor visa, if You do the Immigartion will knock on Your door and You will be deported.

That's not necessarily true. In some cases, if you apply within 90 days and have a good reason for your overstay, you will still be granted an extension.

Hi,
better Leave country before Expire your valid visa if you wants to get visa in Future easily,
