Good day,

I really need some profesional advice hear, i approach a visa service company to apply for a visitors visa on my behalf, it seems that somehow they applied for a ETA visa for me, i am not sure if they were aware of what they were doing or not, however that ETA visa was rejected as we as South Africans do not qualify to apply for the ETA visa program. They later applied for a visitors visa which was also rejected, they then applied for a second time for a visitor visa and again it was rejected, please advise me what can i do in this situation?

why did you let them apply three times on your behalf? for now my advice is to STOP them from doing anything. (shouldve stopped after the first time.) what are you trying to apply for in the first place? immigration or visitor?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, the thing is i asked them to apply for a visitors visa, i was not aware and i am sure if they even knew that they applied for a ETA visa, so as far as i knew they were applying for a visitors visa, they applied for the visitors visa, it was rejected, they read the rejection letter and tried adding additional supporting documents on the second application, again it was rejected, so now i have a immigration lawyer who requested the notes from the high commision of Canada just to find out that the visa agent i used had applied for a ETA visa which was rejected and then the two visitor visa applications which were both rejected, what would you suggest i do?
