I had applied for visitor visa for me ( Sarabjit Singh : V326183203) AND my mother (Gurshran Kaur : V326183205).
I think my documents are not fully examined while coming to a conclusion of refusing my Travel for visitor Visa for my cousin's marriage function in Canada..
Below are the documents that i uploaded for the two given reason for the refusal of my Visitor VISA :-
1) Refusal reason 1 - Family ties in canada and Country of residence.
For this i had uploaded my Uncles Passport(canada) , My mothers passport , and mine.
Here you can see that the parents name of my Uncle and Mother are same.
I have also uploaded my Marriage certificate , proving that i have my dependent wife , who is being left behind.
And my 2 children are also left here in India only. (if required i can present their school fees receipt)
Also , my father is being left behind.
2) Refusal Reason 2 - is the , " purpose of the Visit".
For this i had uploaded, the Invitation letter from my uncle and the Marriage Invitation letter.
As proof of my financial support , I uploaded my :
1) 4 months bank account.
2) 2 years Income Tax Report.
3) Appointment letter of my current employed company.
4) My salary Break up.
5) Property documents of my Residential Property that i own.
6) Property documents of the Commercial Property that i own.
7) Letter from the person Inviting us.
Apart from all above , i can present my current salary slips also , showing that i am current with this company. I will certainly not be staying there in Canada leaving my Current Job , My Family left behind me and my property.
So please Consider my appeal and look into the same again.
