visa rejected..plz help

i'm getting confidence now to apply again
i've shown income of 2 lacs per year...i think that's the reason
i didnt mention about house rent of around 6 lacs...i'll include it this tym
now agent told me to apply for jan session...but ppl who got visa at 2nd tym r advising to apply within nxt week to catch septmbr session
now confused
i have made specific case enquiry n waiting for their reply
need advices on applying for the 2nd tym...need sum advices

Hi - SOrry to hear about ur refusal but dont give up and overthink about it.
I dont have any advice except this.
Memorial university of newfoundland dont begin engineering course from January session , they start only from fall ( september ), so dont listen to others and try fast before july 15th. else u will have to wait another fall .
I also need some advice from u. How did u get 3000 scholarship from UNiversity. I am applying for the same Uniiversity for JANuary so help me.
Please give me ur full educational background. HIGH school gpa and SAT IELTS. And on what basis memorial uni gave u scholarship . PLease help ???

I know...from jan i can study the same courses for engineering one n then apply for term 3 on sept 14...many students did this

I have o'levels(6 As),a'level(3 As),IELTS-7
apply n then they will decide about the schrship
besides if u have a'lvls u'll also recv credits
in my case i need to pay very less tuition($800) for the first year
$3000 schlrship n $5000 credits
