makes no sense at all..
one probable reason could be they chose a course which doesn't match their profile .

dear brothers,

i have previously 3 yrs diploma in Petro-Chemical technology(71%) after secondary school ( 86% ), and now i want to get admission in Hospitality / tourism 2yrs diploma, in general it dont match , will it be rejected ?
