My visa got rejected on these points -
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability, and/or your future prospects and plans.
I scored 6.5 in my IELTS with 6.0 and above in every section.
I had 8 CGPA in my 10th, and 73% in my 12th board (Commerce with maths).
I provided every detail of having enough funds in my bank account for paying my fees and expenses for the next 2 years. Even made an affidavit saying that I’ll be coming back and my parents will sponsor my education in Canada dully signed by my parents and e stamped.
I mentioned every thing my SOP and i also do have a lot of extra curricular activities. I had a 1.5 year gap and i even provided proof of me working and participating in various competitions in this gap one and a half year.
All my documents were complete with full ITRs of both my parents. But still my visa got refused. I don’t know what went wrong and what should i do know, because i am really looking forward for this chance of my studies in Canada.
