My partners working holiday visa has been declined due to not providing a federal police form they asked for.
We have tripple checked the form and the copy they received (which we have sent in three times) and everything is in order. We had the right document.
They have declined us on the grounds we didn’t send a form in that we have and now they say the only way around is to re apply... what if the screw it up again.
