Visa refused under 220 (a)

Hello Everyone
I applied for study visa under SDS rules. My IELTS score is 7 bands (not less than 6.5)
I paid entire fees of course and GIC.
But i got refusal saying "i can't pay my tuition fees without working in Canada"
Even when i have already paid fees of whole course.
7th sep is last day to join classes so is there any point to reapply? As next intake of this program is in September only.

did u apply financial statement and if yes what amount did u show.

No i didn't.
As it is not even mandatory to show funds in case of Canada

Either defer to Sep next year or get a refund and find another school for January if you still can.

You also have plenty of time to get caips notes so do that.

No i didn't.
As it is not even mandatory to show funds in case of Canada

please verify ur checklist as it is required. If u dont show u will always be rejected for the same reason as u r not showing the immigration officer ur proof of expense for next year. If ur parents r sponsoring u. u need to have a affidavit signed of the person sponsoring u.

My course was of one year and already paid fees of one year. There was no due for entire course. For expenses i was having Gic

u still have to show proof as 10000 might be less for living in Canada. So in that case they want to see ur backup if u can support ur self or no.

Who was your sponsor and what source of funds was shown by your sponsor??

Can u pls explain more abt caips notes?

This is where the visa officer explains his reason for rejection, so it can give you more clarity. What you get in rejection letter is just a checklist they tick with no details.
