Visa Refused Need advice !!!!!!!

hey friends.

my visa is refused under spp Reasonroposed program is not reasonable in light of past studies,academic & language ability.

profile: 12 = 66%
10=62%
btech=67% (10 backlogs) clear within my degree.
ielts, L=7, W=5.5, S=7.5,R=6.5 total=6.5.
course:Wireless information networking(Fleming college)
Plzz advice me, the course i have chosen is according to my past study and i don't know why embassy has reject my application...should i reapply or not?? and if apply, when for may intake as the deadline for January is almost over and i don't want to take risk again for January intake.

yes i attached SOP,and applied paper file on 6th nov and got refusal on 23 nov in chandigarh

Hi There

I think you shud also write in which year did you give your Graduate in India. Becoz SPP has age limits and also education gap limits. Plus your IELTS score of 6.5 is not all that impressive - what I see around in my city or ppl gone earlier have a 7 to 8 score atleast.

The senior members will be able to guide u further if you give more details for sure.
