Visa refused. Help required

My student permit was refused on the grounds that visa officer is not satisfied that I would leave Canada under 216(1).
I scored 8 band for ielts and have shown financial supporting documents. I am from health background and have chosen a health related pg course.
What might be the reason to reject my application. Please help me if anyone knows

Tell us your full profile with the points that you have mentioned in SOP. If you can post your SOP by removing personal details that would help too. lso post the full message quoted by the VO. Also tell about any gaps if applicable.
