Visa Refusal

Hi everyone.. I got my refusal letter on September 3, 2019 and I plan to reapply. If doing so, may I know the procedures again to be taken? Thank you for your answers in advance.

Shall I upload new documents again? Cos I've seen in my account the uploaded documents on my first application. Can guide me the steps please.

It's just a new application. You will need to fix the issues in your first application (the reasons for refusal), and then apply just like you did the first time.
