Visa refusal

Yes u must mention your old refusal. I read your sop. The first sop was far better than the second one but still is not upto standard. It was not detailed and show feep knowledge. Your prospecting course is totally opposing your work experience and academics and this might stand as big issue in your future application.

I noticed that in your second application you did not address your fund or finance at all.

Then state this point u said now on your sop. These are the type of point u are expected to givr. Ignore the aircraft thing completely
 
Do u think that the agent is better than u? Tske a look at the two refusal reason. In his statement i am sure he provoked the vo base on how he answered the reaaon for your return
