My mom was refused a via based on the following:
Family ties,
proposed stay,
purpose of her visit,
limited employment prospects,
currant employment situation,
personal assesmt and financial situation.

We received her refusal on May 31st and would like to re-apply again. Any suggestions if this is a good idea also who has re-applied and got their visa how did you do it?
Thank you!

You'll need to provide her complete profile and list what information you included in her application.

My mom works since January 15, 2019 as a cook and cleaner 3 times per week. Employment letter was provided.
Bank account was around $6000 can. Bank draft was provided.
Asked for stay - 3 months
Employer was ok with the time and stated in their letter.
We wrote that she wants to come to meet my in-laws because they never met as well as at her grandson baptism. Also to help me while I take a course during summer as well as my husband is disabled and I wouldn’t mind some help while I study.
We wrote that her husband is unable to come because their big household that includes a big garden, pets, chickens, ducks and so on.
She doesn’t own a house or land. She She lives in a house where she just pays hydro and water bills. NO Rent. We provided the copies of this bills.

Any help will be so much appreciated.
Thank you so much!!!

Three months is far too long a stay - she doesn't have sufficient funds for this. I would recommend you request 2-3 weeks at most. Taking care of your husband will be classified as working illegally by IRCC - so you should not be stating this as a reason for visiting.

Got it. Thank you! Once I write the invitation letter would you mind taking a look at it?

Also, do you think is a good idea to re-apply right away?

I don't have any experience in writing invitation letters. However if you post it here - I'm sure someone will comment.

You can reapply right away provided you think you can overcome all of the refusal reasons.
