Visa Refusal

Respected Member of this forum, please i will like to seek ur attention, i got a student permit visa refusal on the 15th of this month of May, i e-mail the international office concerning d refund fees immediately conestoga college,
The refusal i got was through Mail, i copy it and scan it as pdf to them,
I got a reply from them to send the original letter,
Which i don't understand how to get it
I'm from Lagos Nigeria. Pls help

Did you send the request within 10 days of the start of the semester?

Their rules:
Should your visa be rejected by the Canadian Embassy, your full tuition will be refunded less the $200.00 college administration fee.
A copy of the Official Refusal Letter from the Canadian Embassy must be scanned and sent to the International Office by email as soon as possible.
Call them and explain if you done what their rules say.

In their rules they clearly state 'A copy of the Official Refusal Letter from the Canadian Embassy must be scanned and sent to the International Office by email as soon as possible'. Did you get an actual letter which you scanned? If so the letter you scanned, is the original copy.

pls the only things i got from the visa office was an email concerning the refusal, with a sign of + + + at the end before their conclusion, i copy this mail and scan it, but the school said the original copy,
i dont know if it is the one through CAIPS/GCMS, so that i can apply for it. thanks

Save the correspondence letter of refusal they sent to your portal and send that

Please how long did it take them to reply you after submission and biometrics

Sorry,but did you get a medical request before the refusal
