Hello...I'm kuldeep from punjab n I got refusal from Canada embassy..after that I have no idea that what should I do. Can anyone help me because some people said me that I should not apply second time...plz give me some idea...

You can reaply as many time as You want. As long as, You take away those objection V.O has mentioned in the refusal letter provided. It would be good for you.
After +2 I completed my ITI in IT&ESM trade with 75%

you will need to pay $5 = Rs. 300 approx.
GCMS notes will give you a peek at the visa officer notes as to why he refused your visa..also let us know what did you complete your 10+2 like Science, commerce etc.

you cannot go for engineering without science in +2...that was the reason..although you had math but no physics or chemistry...your diploma kind of helped get you admission i guess but you need to mention that in your SOP...my advice is to go for diploma program...
not having science courses in 10+2 is the reason
