My Student visa was refused because they think I am working here in UAE as I had a Student Visa before and it reached it’s due date after I finished my high school later so I had taken a visa of an “General Accountant” from a Business Organisation, I also could not get a family Visa because I am +18 and according to the law here in UAE you have to get a permanent visa after that. These are the reasons they gave me in the Refusal letter “Immigration Status in country of Residence”, “Current Employment Situation” and “Purpose of Visit” which automatically comes when they think I am working here and that’s the same thing I will do when I reach Canada. So, Please guide me. I will be waiting for an answer. Thankyou
