Visa Refusal. Please Help.

Hello All, I am Taiwo, i got admitted for a Degree Programme
I applied for Visa online and was refused on different grounds.

1} You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:
a) your travel history
b) your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
c) purpose of visit
d)your personal assets and financial status.

Pls help me out resolve the above factors

The following are the Document provided for my application that was turned down
1) LETTER OF SPONSORSHIP (reside in USA)
2 LETTER OF INTRODUCTION FROM SPONSOR "My Elder Brother"
3) SPONSOR EMPLOYER ID NO.
4) SPONSOR'S ACCOUNT STATEMENT.
5) APPLICANT ACCTOUNT STATEMENT
6) APPLICANT LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT,
7) SOP
8) POLICE CLEARANCE at the designated center
9) APPLICANT ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT
10) APPLICANT ACADEMIC CERTIFICATE
11) APPLICANT BIRTH CERTIFICATE
12) APPLICANT NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE at Cape Breton.
13) RECIEPT OF TUITION FEE PAID
14) RESIDENCE APPLICATION FILLED AND PAYMENT
15) SPONSOR'S DOCUMENT OF LANDED PROPERTY (asset) in Nigeria
16) Passport photograph inline with the Specification
17) Passport photopage

At this juncture, i need you assistance. Hoping to read from you.

Very difficult to comment without a lot more information. What course and school were you planning on attending in Canada? What education have you already completed? How old are you? How much work experience do you have and in what kind of job? What evidence of your ties to Nigeria did you show?

Thanks for your response, i was admitted to study Political science "degree program" in Cape Breton university. I have completed a degree course in Political science in Nigeria, had to reapply for the same degree in order to improve on my academic situation.. I'm 30 years old. I have 2 years work experience as Customer care representative. i failed to show evidence of my ties in Nigeria. i really need your help to breakdown factors i was refused. Thanks.

It doesn't make sense to be taking the same degree again and this makes it look like you are not a genuine student. If you have completed a bachelor degree already, then rather than taking the same bachelor again - you should be taking either a post graduate diploma or (preferably) a Master's.

what about SOP? Did you submit it as well? How much funds you showed to VO? and you from?
