MY VISA WAS REFUSED BACAUSE OF LATE SENDING OF MY DOCUMENTS,I RECIEVED AN EMAIL DATED OCTOBER 7,2010,.INFORMING THAT MY APPLICATION WAS FINAL AND CLOSED BY THE VISA OFFICER.
AND I JUST PASSED MY LAST REQUIREMENTS WHICH IS MY NBI CLEARANCE ON OCTOBER 9,2010.BUT THEY RECIEVED MY NBI CLEARANCE ON OCTOBER 11,2010.BUT IT WAS LATE ALREADY.
WHAT WILL I DO NOW
PLEASE HELP ME

When was the time that you filed your work permit? Is it that long that it already lapsed?
 
june 19,2010..............application forwarded to The canadian embassy
july 30,2010...............received an email
documents needed,police clearance,nbi clearance and my signed contract
august 10,2010........forwarded my police clearance and my signed documents
september 8,2010.......received an email again regarding my nbi clearance
october 8,2010...........received my nbi clearance,but it was holiday,
october 9,2010............send to the canadian embassy,but the following day again,oct 10,2010,it was a THANKSGIVING
PARTY,so the embassy closed
0ctober 11,2010.......they received my documents
October 11,2010......i received an email,dated october 7,2010,that my application was refused and with finality cos
OF missing documents(NBI CLEARANCE)
 
OCTOBER 12,2010...RECEIVED AN EMAIL INFORMING ME THAT MY APPLICATIONS WAS REFUSED COS OF MY INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS,MY NBI CLEARANCE...BUT I SENT IT ALREADY,BUT IT WAS LATE ALREADY,JUST A MATTER OF 3 DAYS.....PLEASE HELP ME,WHAT WILL I DO NOW...
 
Please do not make another thread. You can try to re-apply again. This time, make sure that all the documents are complete.
 
if i will re apply again,what are the documents needed,same documents that i passed before,how about my lmo,same .....waiting for your infos.
 
cant sleep.........help me,what to do next.....what documents needed,if ever i will reapply again.......
 
i believe it will be the same documents as the first time you applied
