visa refusal after i had passed my medicals

please i need someone to tell me what to do, i was refuse for my student visa after i had pass my medicals. i am confuse and dont know what to do.. please i need help

That's a sad news.......I thought Visa is almost sure after medicals........what was the reason for refusal???.
