Visa Refusal - 179 b

My visitor Visa got refused under section 179 b. Idon't know what went wrong. I had shown enough funds. I am running business from 2014 & have traveled to more than 13 countries in past 10 years like: Australia, New Zealand, Europe, China & many more. In 2011 my student visa was also rejected from Canada & now in 2020 my visitor Visa is denied. Please advise what should I do.

For anyone to comment what exact reasons under 179B were given. Did you declare the student rejection and how many weeks did to imply your visit was planned for with an itinerary?

Grounds for refusal:
* Purpose of visit
* Family Ties in Canada & India
* Financial Status
* Travel history.
Yes I declare my student visa rejection.
& I attached 15 days itinerary starting from 19 March2020 Montreal, Quebec City & Toronto, with confirmed hotel booking & day wise tour confirmed tour packages.
I am having Canadian $7000 in my saving account & my business bank account is also well maintained & approx $29000 in form of insurance, Fixed deposit & other investment in India.
