I am currently in the last semester of BSc in Bangladesh. I will graduate in May/June. But I am applying to Canada for fall 23 in the Master's program. I was communicating with a professor in Canada. So there's a very good assurance from his side about admission and funding. But he is in a little bit doubt about my visa.
Is it mandatory to have a complete bachelor degree while facing the student visa process? Can I apply for student visa with a conditional offer letter as I applied with my partial result?

Yes you need completion certificate and transcript.

You need a degree and final transcript to apply.
