i applied my mom for supervisa last april 6, 2019. medical and biometrics were done and passed on june 5, 2019. medical insurance effectivity is august 15, 2019 but until now there is no updates on her application. there are no correspondence and its already august 2.what step should i take and what should we do? please help.
