Hi, can anyone advise me as to the average time it takes to receive the Working Holiday Program (WHP) Letter of Introduction (LOI)? On Canadia Embassy website, it says within 4-6weeks, but I wondered whether it's likely that I might receive it earlier than this? Thank you.
