Hi, I've applied for Study permit offline method from Jalandhar on 21-03-17. Any idea how long will it take to get response from Visa office?

1. Posted processing time is 5 weeks, plus mail time to/from VAC

Currently approximately processing time is 4 weeks. I applied on 21-3-2017 at Chandigarh visa office. Waiting for positive response. Let me know if u got any updation.

do u guys have any idea about online study visa processing. I applied online on 18-03-17 for my study permit.

I have applied on 23rd of March. Portal Shows Processing.
I have been in contact with some of the students who have applied by Early or Mid Feb.
The Minimum time required was 4 weeks, and the max is 6 weeks.
Currently, the VFS office stated that it will take 6 weeks to process a Student Visa.
Even I am worried as program will be starting by First week of MAY.

That's past 4 weeks mark, your Visa should come anytime soon.. All the best.
