Visa processing Time exceeded-What shall i do next?

On June 6th, I have applied for online business visa for presenting a paper in a conference at Canada (July 16-July22). It is company sponsored and all documents hotels tickets are ready, just waiting for VISA.
Till today, i did not receive any update on my application. only it shows that Application Status as OPEN.
Please advice me what shall i do?
Shall i reply through paper or shall i wait. I have mailed and raised query on my application status, nothing is working out. Please advice.

There's really nothing you can do but wait. It's not unusual for application processing to take longer.
