is there somebody out there who process there visa in riyadh saudi arabia?,and any idea what bank in riyadh that accept payment through bank draft,what are the requirements?..please help..

hello saudi boy. i just got my bank draft through riyad bank.. i deposited 150 CAD tru my friend's account and told the teller i need a bank draft payable to "The Receiver General for Canada".. no hassles

I went to riyad bank but they were requested the bank account for "receiver general for canada"

could you please send me more details? it is urgent plzzz
