Hi,

My spousal processing is in the London office, almost in the end part. Just heard about the strike going on there of the visa officers. I am just wondering what is the latest update on the issue? how long do you think this will delay the visa process?

Thanks and regards

affected offices include:
Ottawa, London, Paris, Tokyo, Tel Aviv, Ramallah, Dublin, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Delhi and Chandigarh

When did the strike begin?

... and does it look like it is going to be a long one?

Any indications for how long this will be effecting us? :'(

Can someone post news information on this, links to articles etc, I know there are prolly many threads that already have them but then I'd have to spend hours hunting them down...this is easier. :)

Hi guys,

If you're on Twitter, this journalist is keeping up on the PAFSO strike.

Thanks for that. Will have to start following her.
This whole strike business is so unbelievably stressful. :'(

Does anyone know what applications will be affected? I have a proof of citizenship app in via London, been waiting 11 months so far...
