Visa office to London???

Hello guys I need your assistance here , my husband has a PR he sponsored me we have applied on Feb 2019 from UAE and they sent us Medical March , and on October they sent us an email saying that the application for PR has been forwarded to visa office London . NOW my question is how long is it going to take from Now and is my medical gone expired as i did on March which is before 6mnths ?

Medicals considered valid for 12 months. Expect it to take another 3 - 4 months yet.
