Hie guys-i was wondering how most of you know which visa office is processing your application because i thought the visa office processing your application is the one closest to you but in my case the visa office i thought was processing my application do not seem to have my application.Is there a way to find out which one has it?
I raised a webform on the 20 Nov sending my certificates and later on i contacted Pretoria to confirm if they received them but they told me to send to the right address then on the 9 Dec i received an email saying we have forwarded your certificates to the responsible office for their consideration but i still do not know which office that is.I do not want to contact Pretoria again when i know they do not have my application but i did my biometrics there and they are the ones who processed my first application.HELP
