Visa office proccessing my visa application

HI,

I am a UK resident and the principal aplicant, whilst my partner is a Canadian resident and the sponsor. I am in the process of completing my OUTLAND visa application for spousol sponsorship.

I have a medical this Friday in the UK. However, whilst filling out Appendix C it asks me to write the visa office that will be handling my visa application.

Will this be the CPC MISSISSAUGA visa office?

OR

the LONDON visa office?
