Visa Office not stated in AOR- Where should I send PCC and supporting docs

Dear Seniors,

I have applied under CEC from India and have choosen Visa Office as NewDelhi, India. I have received AOR where it was stated as "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing."

Now I wanted to send my PCC(FBI) and few other additional docs supporting Reference letter.

Please let me know the address where I am supposed to send these docs.

Not sure if this address is correct if applied from outside canada, but from inside, this is the address -
