Visa office in India

Which office is easy to apply? Delhi, Mumbai or Chandigarh.

does anybody has an experience? I understand the approach and policy should be consistent - but I assume officer tailor perspective/judgement based on the office? Maybe I'm assuming too much.

any thoughts?

Visit visa request goes to High Commission New Delhi, you can apply with docs via VFS Mumbai or wherever VFS is

There is no judgement perspective, you need to convince the embassy your visit is genuine and need to show travel history, assets, finances, job, and age plays a big role
