visa office in ANKARA for further processing

Hi,
I applied for PR under family class sponsorship,My husband who has PR lives in Canada and i am outside Canada .
I have received an email on 26 May 2018 Which is saying my application has been forwarded to visa office in ANKARA for further processing ,my profile details in CIC shows my application is in progress and they didn't start back ground check yet ,does any one know how far I go?and how long does it take for Ankara to start back ground check and then asking for my passport ?
