Visa Office for Chinese Applicants

Hey guys,

Where can I find which office processes the applications of Mainland Chinese applicants? I heard it's the Hong Kong visa office. Is it? Canada has an embassy in Beijing. Why are the cases evaluated in Hong Kong?

Yes it is. I live in Macau and also is the HK visa office. Embassy and visa office are different things. For example, there is a Canadian embassy in all European countries, but most of them are processed in Paris.

Yes mainland China PR applications are processed in Hong Kong
