Visa office changed since Feb,2016 for PAKISTANI Spouse cases from LVO to Isb

ATTENTION
i was thinking that i am the only applicant tht my file was transferred to Islamabad visa office instead of LVO (as cic transferred all spouse cases fro Mississauga to LVO since couple of years) but i just got to know from someone that thrs anothr applicant similar to me and his file was transferred to Islamabad visa office (his wife filed her case in feb,2016) so it looks like they have started sending files to Islamabad after clearing all backlog to LVO and it will take less time in ISb as thrs no queue already, well the other question is , that they have updated timeline from 17months to 28months of processing (country spesific) so is that becaus they changed the visa office too????but on thr website its still showing that LVO for PR cases of Pakistan whts that all????share ur ideas plz

someone told me that on whatsapp , idk if that guy is on this forum or not but i have talked with my friend in Regina he said it doesn't matter if they sent ur file to LVO or Isb they just see where r less burdon of apps so they they send it to thr but the processing time is same like 6months if the file is complete eaithr ur file is in LVO or Isb bcus thy hv cleared all the backlog after transferring files to LVO
