I made an application on30th of October by walk-in in London VFS. It is said the visa is being processed. I asked to the Canada house which is said it is in active process. I checked the process days is 58 days. I have booked the air ticket on 14th of December. Is there any way that I can travel to Canada on time？

Please do not ever book your tickets before you get your visas. Yes, there's a slight probability you can travel there on time.

You have to put the travel plan that what will you do during your stay inside Canada. Also, you have to block your tickets not book them.
You don't have to block or purchase tickets. You need to show plans - you can print off a sample itinerary from the website.
