Visa hadnt got my classes is going to start on jan30th

I got admit admit from matrix college.i hadnt recieved any update from visa after my medicals has passed.i applied on dec 27th and medicals updated on jan2nd and they are revweing my eligibilty.on 24th jan i got student acknowledgment. Iam suffering if my visa goonea come after 30th.please help me i applied by offline by banglore office
