Visa for single mother with two kids.

I am single mother my age is 35. I live in Pakistan and am working in a reputable hospital as a administrative assistant. I have two kids one is 7 and 2nd is 8 yrs old. I have legal guardianship certificate aswell. For my kids future i want to move canada. My brother also live's in canada .
Please guide can i get express entry in canada?? What more possibilities for me to get work permit.

For express entry please use CRS calculator to find out your about your points.
You get points for age, education,, english language, relatives in canada etc.

Try to score 8,7,7,7 in IELTS general exam ( 8 in listening) atleast.
