There are many scams. Please search jobs on your own. You don't need an agency for that.

Check indeed, job bank, LinkedIn. Search on Google lmia job.

You should assume that finding a job won't be possible. The process for hiring a foreign worker is very long and expensive for employers and for this reason it's extremely difficult to find employers who are willing to go through the process.

If you wish to migrate to Canada, you should instead focus on qualifying and applying to immigrate through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry based on your past work experience, level of education, age, funds available to settle yourselves in Canada and other factors.

Would add that with the pandemic and higher unemployment rate Canada will want to employ those who can already work in Canada. It would be much easier for you to find employment in Germany with freedom of movement.
