My wife and I are permanent residents in Canada.
For Health issues had to return to Colombia and being here we had our baby.
What is the option to get a visa for our baby?
Is possible that the visa will denied?

1. You can apply, but I wouldn't hold my breath that it will be issued. As the child's intention is to remain permanently rather than visit. It is possible that they may issue a Temporary Resident PERMIT. If it is not issued, one of you will have to return to Canada and submit the sponsorship and application to Mississauga.

It's a tourist visa, check out the immigrations canada website for forms and instructions! goodluck!

1. No it is not, a visitor visa is a TRV, the discussion is on Temporary Resident Permit. Issued to persons who are inadmissible to Canada.
2. The OP should read the information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english//resources/manuals/ip/ip01-eng.pdf before approaching the visa office. And here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op20-eng.pdf
