Visa for medical observership

Hey! I would like to ask for an advice.
I am a medical student from SLovakia and have been succesful in applying for observership/job shadowing programm in one hospital in Canada and not sure for what kind of visa-status should I apply for.

It is not a paid position, it is a form of internship based on agreement between the hospital and me.
