Hello everyone,

A university in my country offers to send me to canada for 5-months english course with grant. I want to come there only together with my wife and daughter. Would be any obstacle to get visa for them? Even if i have enough money to live there? I will be grateful for your anwers.

They will need to obtain visitor visas to come with you to Canada. Unfortunately it's impossible for any of us to say if their visitor visas will be approved or not. To be approved, they will need to demonstrate they have strong ties to their home country and don't have any plans to remain in Canada long term. Since they will only be in Canada as visitors and the duration of your studies is so short, they will not qualify for health care coverage in Canada (you will need to purchase insurance to cover emergencies), your wife will not be able to work while here and your daughter will not be eligible to attend school without obtaining a study permit and paying international student fees.

Hi,
I need guidance. I am Masters degree holder of Accounting and Finance from Pakistan and have applied for DEP professional diploma in Accounting from Herzing college Montreal. I hope I will get approval letter from that college. I want to know whether my student visa will be accepted or not? What do you think?

Another question 'Can I help my husband to apply for open work permit along with my study permit application to CIC and under which category I should apply for my kids? My kids are under 6 years old'
