Well neerav, not all consultants apply paper based. Most of the consultants prefers to apply online as per my experience. It actually depends upon your profile so keep calm

Or is it like College profile or university profile

Profile as in your academics, language results,work experience if u have any,financials and which course and which university you are going to...everything matters and the main is your SOP,you have to satisfy that u will come back to ur country after studies

as per my experience, IDP, canam, ASA consultants, chopras, all file through VFS.

If you talk about canam then they itself suggest students to file it online as the outcome will come faster. Also, if u file your visa like in march or april for sept intake,then they prefer to file it paper based coz you have lot of time

I applied through canam and they filed my case via paper after the dead line. Actually it depends on your choice . But yes on papers you can provide more documents

Okay. Most of my friends who went to canada had applied through canam and their visa was filed online. I am talking about canam mumbai. I don't know about other states...

Whatever the state or consultant is . In my opinion a person should never be dependent upon these any consultant.

I truly agree one should not depend upon any consultant. I will be filing my visa myself only as I don't trust consultant

Yes these consultants think about themselves first and then about you. so its best to avoid dealing with them, i did everything myself.
My study visa from India and then work permit when i finished my education and now my PR. All myself, dont fall for the consultant thing.
