Visa for Diploma program after Master's

Hello! Everyone,
One of my friends is planning to move to Canada for education. Here is the complete information:
He is planning to apply for a Diploma/Advanced Diploma buthe already holds a Master's degree with some work experience. Can anyone please tell me the chances of getting visa? Its really very urgent.

If he's planning on apply for a regular diploma he probably has a very low chance of being approved since it doesn't make sense to take a lower level of education after completing a Masters. He would have a higher chance if he was applying for a post graduate diploma. However it would be much better to apply for another Masters or a PhD.

The problem to apply for Masters/Ph.D is that, he's having less GPA and it's not enough to get an admission. Can he get visa for Advanced Diploma with Internship ?

I doubt it. But you can certainly try. An advanced diploma is a much much lower certification than a Masters. It's lower than a Bachelors.
