Visa for Conditional Offer letter in Bangladesh for winter 2013

I am from Bangladesh. Got offer letter from Concordia for MEng(ECE) for winter 2013. Ietls score is 7.
my offer letter is conditional.
the condition of the letter is -Your acceptance is contingent upon presentation of original documented proof of Bachelor's degree conferred / granted from American International University-Bangladesh. You must present this along with (complete/clear) photocopies to Enrolment Services prior to the commencement of your studies at Concordia.

wht is my chance of getting visa successfully ???
Is there any thing else i can do??

In pakistan embasy for such cases after medical demands new LOA where this condition does not exist so better is u must send ur degree (photocopy attested ) and mark sheet in sealed enveople from ur uni then ur canadaian uni will issue new LOA
