Hi,

Small question when we apply for Immigration

first step we pay fees to nova scotia, sydney

suppose application reject on initial stage

we will get refund from them

if not they will forward our application to our CHC



On Second stage if application is recommended
we pay permanent residence fees

if visa reject here then what will happen


We will get our fees which we pad on

First and second stage

or fees which we paid for second age first stage fees
will not refund

Application Fees 550$ is not refundable and Landing Fees 490$ is refundable.

If you apply and pay the 550$ application fees and your file reject on initial stage, you will get application fees 550$ back, It will be refundable.

If your file accepted and send to your local visa office, your local visa office will send you request letter to submit full documents within 120 days deadline, again on this stage, if you are not able to submit full documents within 120 days, you can ask for refund your application fees and you will get application fees back.

If you submit your full documents and visa office has already started the process of your file and this stage, if you change the mood and ask for refund application fees, It will not be refundable.

If your file is rejected on later stage, you will not get application fees back. It is not refundable if visa office process your file.

Landing RPRF fees is completely refundable whether you cancel the file or visa office reject your file.

Landing Fees 490$ is optional at the time of full document submission.

if you do not sent you landing fees with full document, Visa office will request you landing fees along with medical and/or passport request.
