Visa extension confused

Hiii

I am student in Ontario and my visa is going to expire soon. I was applying online but I am stuck with documents while applying for visa extension.
It's only asking me for IMM 5257, passport, study permit and digital photo. My friends extended their visas and there was option for study proof and bank statement too. I do not why there is no option for bank statement and study proof. Should i continue or no.

Because you have applied as a "TRV - In Canada Applicant", so no option for a Bank statement. But, you need LOA from the school you are attending.
