visa extension and change of employment

Hey everyone! We did the outland application and I currently got a better paying job do I need to notify CIC?! Also my hubby's extended visitor cert expires soon do we need to re-apply again?

Everyone's help would be much appreciated

No - no need to notify CIC about your new job.

Yes - you need to extend your husband's visitor visa again. You'll need to keep doing this until his outland application is approved and his PR visa is issued (assuming he wants to remain in Canada).
